Something to brighten up everyones Monday with my Mums  
#recipe for the 🌴🌴🌴Coconut choc fudge brownie🌴🌴🌴 Incorporating #h2coco#virgincoconutoil ! #h2cocopledge

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/4 cups cocoa 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup h2coco extra virgin coconut oil
2 1/4 cups of caster sugar 
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract 
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups of chocolate chips 
2 cups coconut flakes, 1 cup for topping. 
Method:

1/ Preheat fan force oven to 150-300
2/Grease lamington tin and line with baking powder 
3/ In a bowl sift flour, cacoa, baking powder and salt. Then add sugar and set aside.
4/ In a large bowl, combine the h2coco extra virgin coconut oil, vanilla extract, coconut extract and eggs. Beat until smoothe with a whisk. 
5/Slowly add the dry ingredients and stir until batter is smoothe. 
6/Stir in the coconut flakes and choc chips
7/ Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle 1 cup of coconut flakes on top. 
8/ Bake for 30-35 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to test to see if the Coconut choc fudge brownie has set. If the skewer comes out clean remove the tin from the oven. It tastes better when it’s not over cooked!! This is mouth watering!
